Subject: Notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering
The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")
hereby informs in compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29 th July
2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized
Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act"), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e.
on 16 th May 2022 from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. based in Warsaw
("Rockbridge"), acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the investment funds it manages ("Funds")
in the manner specified in Art. 69 section 1 point 2 in connection with Art. 87 sec. 1 point 2 lit. a) of
the Act on reducing the share by the Funds in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of
the Company below the 5% threshold.
Reducing the ownership of the total number of votes in the Company below the above-mentioned
the threshold took place as a result of the sale of 9,459,651 shares of the Company by the Funds on
11 th May 2022 (the "Transaction"). Before the Transaction, the Funds held a total of 9,459,651 shares
of the Company, which constituted 5.17% of the share capital and entitled to 9,459,651 votes at the
Company's general meeting, and represented 5.17% of the total number of votes in the Company.
The transaction was settled on 13 th May 2022. After the conclusion and settlement of the
Transaction, the Funds do not hold any shares of the Company.
