The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) hereby announces that on 26 August 2026, the Company received notifications from a person
discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company, i.e. Mr Marek Tymiński, President of the Management Board of the Company, and from a person closely associated with him, i.e. Ms
Aleksandra Tymińska, concerning transactions notified pursuant to Article 19(1) of MAR Regulation.
The notifications are attached to this report.
