The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) with reference to current report no. 2/2026 of 19 January 2026, informs about the decision to
change the date of publication of the Company’s consolidated mid-year report for the first half of 2026 from 24 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The remaining information indicated in
current report no. 2/2026 remains unchanged.
Detailed basis: § 84 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as
equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
