Subject: NDS statement on assimilation of series J ordinary bearer shares with the traded shares
The Management Board of Cl Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 8/2025 dated 12 March 2025, announces that it has received information that the National Securities Depository S.A. issued a statement on 13 March 2025 on the assimilation of 7,881,865 (seven million eight hundred and eighty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five) previously designated with ISIN code: PLCTINT00117 (“Shares”).
The assimilation of the Shares with the Company’s other outstanding shares with the ISIN code: PLCTINT00018 will take place on 18 March 2025.
In view of the above, the condition for the admission of the Shares to trading, as set forth in Resolution No. 300/2025 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will be fulfilled as of 18 March 2025, and therefore on that date the Shares will be listed on the main market.
