Subject: Election of the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CI Games, SE
The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”), in reference to current report No. 24/2023 of June 29, 2023 and current report No. 16/2023 of April 14, 2023, informs that today it was informed about the resignation from the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of July 20, 2023 by Mr. Marcin Garliński as well as on the election of a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The Supervisory Board of the Company, effective as of July 20, 2023, elected from among its members a Chairman in the person of Mr. Mike Foley.
