Subject: Notification of the pledge of CI GAMES SE shares by the person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 24 March 2025 the Company received a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation, regarding the establishment of a pledge by Mr. Marek Tyminski on 6.500.000 shares of the Company held by him.
The content of the aforementioned notification is attached to this current report.
