“Submission of notification to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of the intention to conduct a promotional campaign”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today, pursuant to art. 53(7) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and public companies, the Company submitted a notification to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the intention to conduct a promotional campaign related to the planned public offering of series H shares (“Series H Shares”). The Company informed about the adoption of resolutions concerning the issue of Series H Shares and the conduct of the public offering of Series H Shares in the current report no. 7/2019 of May 20, 2019.
