“Summary of the costs of issue of series F shares – supplement to the current report no. 59/2017 of Tuesday, October 10, 2017.”
The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) presents a supplement to the content of the current report no. 59/2017 of Tuesday, October 10, 2017, in the scope of public disclosure of information contained in items 12 and 13 of the current report, i.e. concerning costs related to the issue of 40,000 ordinary bearer series F shares of the Company within the conditional increase of share capital (“Issue”):
12. Total amount of costs which were recognized as Issue costs indicating the amounts of costs according to their titles:
Costs incurred and estimated by the Company as at the day of this current report related to the Issue, amounted to PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100), including:
a) for the costs of preparation and implementation of the offer/Issue – PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100);
b) for underwriters remuneration – N/A;
c) for preparing prospectus, taking into account advisory costs – N/A;
d) for promotion of the offer – N/A;
e) for legal advisory during Issue – PLN 0.00.
13. Average cost for performing a subscription per one security covered by the subscription: average cost borne by the Company per one series F share is PLN 0.19 (nineteen groszes).
Detailed legal basis: Article 33 (1)(12)(13) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 as amended).
