“Change of CI Games S.A.head office”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) would like to inform that today the Management Board has adopted a resolution based on which as of June 1, 2021, Company’s address details will be changed.
Pursuant to the above resolution of the Management Board, as of June 1, 2021, current address of the Company’s head office, i.e. ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, will be replaced with the following address: ul. Rondo Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warszawa.
Detailed legal basis: clause 5 point 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2019 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
