Subject: Update of information about the review of strategic options process
The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) in reference to the current report No. 20/2021 of 17TH August 2021 and current report No. 36/2021 of 21st December 2021 on the decision to initiate the process of reviewing strategic options for the Company, updates the information and hereby announces that today, i.e. 2nd March 2022 the Management Board of the Company has appointed Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG London Branch as the Company’s Financial Adviser in relation to a potential dual listing on the London Stock Exchange.
The Company will inform about the further course of dual listing process and the key decisions made by means of appropriate current reports, in accordance with applicable law.
Legal basis: Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).
