Subject: „Postponement of the release date of “Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2” game, PlayStation 5 version”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”), in connection with current report no. 3/2021 dated March 4, 2021 would like to inform that on this date it has decided to postpone the release date of “Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2” game (“SGWC2”), PlayStation 5 version, which will be released later in 2021. The company will announce the new release date of SGWC2 for PlayStation 5 as soon as such new date is set.
At the same time Company’s Management Board would like to announce that the release date of SGWC2 version for other consoles, including PlayStation 4, Xbox X/S and Xbox One as well as PC remains unchanged and the game is scheduled for global release on June 4, 2021.
The above information was recognized as confidential due to its significance for the Company, particularly for the potential impact on the Company’s financial situation.
