„Notice on the purchase of shares by a person performing managerial duties”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, the Company has received a notification, in accordance with art. 19, clause 1 of MAR regulation, from the Company’s Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, on the purchase of Company’s shares (“Notification”).
Contents of the Notification are attached as an appendix to this current report.
Legal basis: art. 19, section 3 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
