“Change of the date of publication of annual report and consolidated annual report for 2018”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) with regard to current report no. 1/2019 of January 30, 2019 hereby informs that the date of publication of the individual annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2018 will be postponed. Originally, these documents were to be published on March 22, 2019. The said documents will be published on March 26, 2019.
Detailed legal basis: para. 80 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
