Subject: Dismissal of CI Games S.A. Management Board member
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 31st January 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the dismissal of the Management Board member Mr Ido Hochman from the Management Board of the Company. The resolution came into effect on the date of its adoption.
Mr. Ido Hochman was a member of the Management Board from 24th January 2022 to 31st January 2022.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
