Subject: Information on estimates for the 1st quarter of 2020:
sales and cash flows and the estimated sales results for the SGWC game
The Management Board of the Company with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that the revenue generated so far from sales of the game Sniper Ghost Warrior Contrasts has been estimated to amount to PLN 39 million in the period from the premiere date (11.22.2019) until March 31st, 2020. The number of copies of the game sold in this period has been estimated as 575 thousand, and the sales to end customers – as 400 thousand copies. The proportion of sales so far between digital sales and physical copies is 50/50, taking into account the volume, which has reached end customers. The Management Board estimates that the share of digital sales will grow in the subsequent years. The Company does not expect significant returns from earlier sales of physical copies, and provisions for potential discounts have already been included in the statement for year 2019.
The consolidated value of sales for the 1st quarter of 2020 has been estimated to be PLN 11.4 million. The consolidated net cash flows have been estimated at PLN 7,9 million, including repayment of a loan in the amount of PLN 5 million (net cash flows excluding the loan repayment have been estimated at PLN 12.9 million in the 1st quarter of 2020).
This information has been recognized as confidential due to its substantial significance for the Company.
