„Conditional registration of series i shares in the KDPW”
Art. 56 section 1 clause 2 of the act on public offering: current and periodic information
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company” or “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on September 25th, 2020, it gained information on the statement of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. in Warsaw (“KDPW”) no. 920/2020 of September 25th, 2020.
In accordance with the above statement, KDPW made the decision to register in the National Depository for Securities of 21,000,000 (twenty-one million) of series I ordinary bearer shares of nominal value of 0.01 PLN (one grosz) each, issued by the Company, and to assign to them the ISIN code PLCTINT00018.
Registration is to take place under the condition of introduction of series I shares on the regulated market, on which other shares of the Issuer marked with the ISIN code have been introduced.
Registration in KDPW of the shares referred to above shall take place within three (3) days from receipt by the National Depository of the decision on introduction of these shares into trading on the regulated market, on which other shares of the Issuer marked with the ISIN code have been introduced, however, not earlier than on the day indicated in this decision as the date of introduction of these shares into marketing on this regulated market.
The detailed legal basis: § 17 section 1 clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
