Notification of a change in the balance of held shares of CI Games S.A.
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on September 25th, 2020, the Company received a notification from a shareholder of the Company, acting on the basis of art. 69 section 1 clause 1) in association with art. 87 section 1 clause 2) letter a) of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 2217 as amended) on a change in the balance of held shares of the Company. The Company hereby provides the text of the notification received, attached to this current report.
