“Submission of resignation by Member of the Management Board”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that today, that is on May 16, 2017, Mr Adam Pieniacki resigned from his function of the Member of the Company’s Management Board as of May 16, 2017, without providing any explanation.
Pursuant to the provision of art. 369 § 5 of Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mr Adam Pieniacki expires as of May 16, 2017.
At the same time, the Company informs that for several months it has been recruiting and selecting candidates for the position of the Management Member in charge of Finances. The process is in its final stage.
Legal basis: § 27 as read with Article 5 (1) (21) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 as amended).
