“List of shareholders holding at least 5% of voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of CI Games S.A. on May 15, 2017.”
Legal basis: Art. 70 (3) of the Act on public offering – GMS list above 5%
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that the Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which took place on May 15, 2017 (“GMS”) were:
- Mr Marek Tymiński who at the GMS held 59,663,570 voting rights from his 59,663,570 shares. It amounted to 74.98% of voting rights of this GMS and 39.74% of total number of votes in the Company;
- Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw which at the GMS held 5,182,503 voting rights from its 5,182,503 shares. It amounted to 6.51% of voting rights of this GMS and 3.45% of total number of votes in the Company;
- PZU SFIO Universum with its registered seat in Warsaw which at the GMS held 5,109,150 voting rights from its 5,109,150 shares. It amounted to 6.42% of voting rights of this GMS and 3.40% of total number of votes in the Company.
Legal basis: Article 70 (3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639 as amended).
