“Conclusion of the book building process. Determination of the issue price and the final number of series I shares to be issued”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, that is, on August 28th, 2020, the Management Board of the Company determined the final issue price and the number of series I ordinary bearer shares issued in association with raising of the share capital of the Company within the limits of target capital, of which the Management Board informed in the current report no. 26/2020 of August 24th, 2020.
The issue price of series I ordinary bearer shares, issued in association with raising of share capital of the Company within the limit of target capital, was determined on the basis of the book building process, ended today, at the level of PLN 1.20 (in words: one zloty and 20/100) per share.
The issue is to include 21,000,000 (in words: twenty-one million) of series I shares.
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
