Subject: “Estimated consolidated data concerning results for the second quarter and first half of year 2020”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”), after getting familiar with the preliminary financial data for the end of the 2nd quarter of year 2020, hereby informs that the consolidated revenues from sale in the first half of the year have been estimated to amount to PLN 27.0 million, gross profit: PLN 6.1 million, net profit: PLN 4.9 million. The estimated data for the 2nd quarter of year 2020 is as follows: the consolidated revenues from sales have been estimated to amount to PLN 14.78 million, gross profit: PLN 3.9 million, and net profit: PLN 3.4 million.
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
