Current and periodic information
“Dates of periodic reports publication in 2018”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), according to the provisions of § 103 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 as amended; “Regulation”), hereby informs about the dates of Company’s periodic reports publication in 2018:
- Periodic report for the year 2017:
– Individual and consolidated annual report for 2017 – March 27, 2018.
- Periodic reports for the year 2018:
– Consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2018 – May 28, 2018;
– Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2018 – August 30, 2018;
– Consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2018 – November 23, 2018.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with § 101 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2017 and 2nd quarter of 2018.
Moreover, pursuant to provisions of § 83 item 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Management Board of the Company informs, that in the consolidated quarterly reports and in the consolidated mid-year report, the abbreviated quarterly and mid-year individual financial statements, respectively, shall be included. Due to the above, the Company shall not publish separate individual quarterly reports and individual mid-year report.
