“Conditional registration of 1,100,000 Rights to ordinary bearer series G sharers in Central Securities Depository of Poland”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that on December 1, 2016, it received a notification that the Management Board of Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych – “KDPW”) on November 30, 2016, adopted a resolution no. 798/16 on the registration in Central Securities Depository of Poland of 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) Rights to ordinary bearer series G shares of the Company, of nominal value PLN 0.10 (ten grosz) each, under the code PLCTINT00067, on condition that the Rights to series G shares shall be allowed for regulated market. The registration of the abovementioned Rights to series G shares of the Company will take place within three days once the KDPW receives the documents confirming that the Rights to series G shares were allowed for regulated market. The said resolution of KDPW Management Board no. 798/16 entered into force on the day of its adoption.
Legal basis: § 34(1)(1) of the regulation of Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009, on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws, no. 33, item 259 as amended).
