The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today, that is September 9, 2015, the Company received a notification from the former Supervisory Board Member, Mr Lech Tymiński, that he carried out the following transactions related to selling Company shares at the time when he was a Supervisory Board Member of the Company: 1. on 1 September 2015 sale of 361 Company shares for PLN 18.10 per one share, with the total value of PLN 6,534.10 for the volume; 2. on 1 September 2015 sale of 349 Company shares for PLN 18.03 per one share, with the total value of PLN 6,292.47 for the volume; 3. on 1 September 2015 sale of 17 Company shares for PLN 18.02 per one share, with the total value of PLN 306.34 for the volume; 4. on 1 September 2015 sale of 273 Company shares for PLN 18.00 per one share, with the total value of PLN 4,914.00 for the volume; 5. on 2 September 2015 sale of 431 Company shares for PLN 18.53 per one share, with the total value of PLN 7,986.43 for the volume; 6. on 2 September 2015 sale of 517 Company shares for PLN 18.53 per one share, with the total value of PLN 9,580.01 for the volume; 7. on 2 September 2015 sale of 52 Company shares for PLN 18.52 per one share, with the total value of PLN 963.04 for the volume; 8. on 3 September 2015 sale of 1000 Company shares for PLN 19.00 per one share, with the total value of PLN 19,000.00 for the volume. All the transactions were carried out on the regulated market.
