The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today i.e. August 7, 2015 the Company has received from Mr Marek Dworak, a Member of the Supervisory Board, a notification on resignation from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective as of the day before the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company. The resignation does not contain a justification. Legal basis: § 5 (1) (21) and § 27 of the regulation of Minster of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
