hereby publicly informs that an agreement was concluded on April 27, 2009 with Trilogy Logistics Ltd. with its seat in Northamptonshire, Great Britain.
Based on this agreement, Trilogy Logistics Ltd. will be providing comprehensive services related to logistics and distribution of the Issuer’d products within Great Britain. The agreement was concluded for a period of three years with an option of prolongation. Its provisions do not deviate from conditions commonly set forth in such types of agreements.
The agreement has been deemed significant, as revenue from video games sales resulting therefrom may exceed 10% of the Company’s own capital. However, as of the date of making public the present report, it is not possible to precisely estimate the value of the agreement.
