Signing the annex to the credit agreement The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. hereby informs that yesterday its signed an annex to the debt limit agreement and revolving credit with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, about which it informed in the current report No. 27 dated 29 September 2008 and in the current report No. 32 dated 28 November 2008.
Pursuant to that annex, the following conditions specified in reports No. 27 and 32, are changed: The debt limit is increased from PLN 5,500,000 to PLN 5,800,000. The Company received credit in its current account up to the amount of PLN 500,000. The limit of the revolving credit for financing liabilities resulting from overpaid VAT was increased from the amount of PLN 500,000 to the amount of PLN 800,000. The financing of City Interactive USA’s liabilities resulting from purchase of products from NINTENDO USA has been permitted to the amount of PLN 2,000,000.
