Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that on July 16 it was notified by Marek Wierzbowski about his resignation from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of City Interactive S.A., effective from the date of opening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company, not later however than August 31, 2009.
Mr Marek Wierzbowski explained his resignation as necessary to eliminate a potential conflict of interest.
