“Publication of Amendment no. 1 to the Information Memorandum”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) in relation to current reports of the Company no. 12/2019 of May 30, 2019 and no. 15/2019 of June 10, 2019 (erroneously published with the number 14/2019), hereby informs that on the Company’s website: www.cigames.com, in “Investor Relations” tab and on the website of the Issuing Agent – Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.: www.trigon.pl, on June 11, 2019, an Amendment no. 1 to the Information Memorandum was published, prepared in relation to the public offer for not more than 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer series H shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each share, issued with the exclusion of the right to acquire of the current shareholders of the Company and subject to limited priority right of the current shareholders of the Company.
Amendment no. 1 to the Information Memorandum was prepared due to the adoption by the Management Board of the Company on June 10, 2019, a resolution no. 2/6/2019 on change (amendment) of the resolution of the Management Board no. 3/5/2019 of May 20, 2019 on dematerialization of Company’s shares and on applying for admission and introduction of Series H shares to regulated market managed by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., about which the Management Board informed by way of current report no. 15/2019 on June 10, 2019.
