The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) with regard to the current report no. 11/2016 of June 13, 2016, hereby informs, that on October 17, 2016, it decided to set a new release date for the game “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” (“SGW3”) being April 4, 2017.
The release date shall be the same for all distribution areas. The game SGW3 will be available simultaneously on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The Management of the Company decided to postpone the release date of SGW3 on the basis of analysis of the current state of the development of the game, especially the state of development concerning the game optimization and its current working on consoles. According to the Management Board, the design of the game “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” has a huge commercial potential, and therefore requires a very good technical condition of the game, starting from the first day of its release. The additional time devoted to the game production will guarantee the highest technical level of the production and will allow to successfully carry out the process of optimization of SGW3 for game consoles. This time is necessary for the game to fully use its potential.
