hereby informs that on November 10, 2009 the Company received a notification from PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. managing PKO/CREDIT SUISSE investment funds regarding the change of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of City Interactive S.A. Prior to the transaction dated November 4, 2009 the investment funds managed by PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. held 637,177 shares, which represented 5.04% of the Company’s share capital and granted 637,177 (5.04%) votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders The number of presently held shares of City Interactive S.A. amounts to 621,973, which represents 4.92% of the Company’s share capital and grants 621,973 (4.92%) votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
