“Publication of Information Memorandum due to the issue of series H shares”.
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) in relation to current reports of the Company no. 7/2019 and no. 8/2019, hereby informs that on the Company’s website: www.cigames.com, in “Investor Relations” tab and on the website of the Issuing Agent – Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.: www.trigon.pl, on May 30, 2019 an Information Memorandum was published, prepared in relation to the public offer for not less than 1 (one) and not more than 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer series H shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each share, issued with the exclusion of the right to acquire of the current shareholders of the Company and subject to limited priority right of the current shareholders of the Company.
Subscription to series H shares shall take place on June 4-10, 2019.
