Registration by the Court of a change of the share capital structure of Cl Games S.A.
In relation to the current report no. 11/2017 of February 10, 2017, the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the Registry Court of the Company, i.e. District Court for Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on February 9, 2017, registered a change of the share capital structure of the Company.
The current structure of the share capital of the Company is as follows:
The share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 1,501,499.90 and is divided as follows:
– 100,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series A of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;
– 400,000 of ordinary bearer shares series B of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;
– 25,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series C of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;
– 1,100,000 of ordinary bearer shares series D of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;
– 12,649,990 of ordinary bearer shares series E of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;
– 11,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series G of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share.
Change of the share capital structure of the Company does not result in change of the Company’s Ownership structure. The total number of shares and the total number of votes in the Company amounts to 150,149,990 (one hundred fifty million one hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety).
Legal basis: § 15 as read with § 5 (1)(9) of the regulation of Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
