Subject: Information on issue of shares of the subsidiary and the intention to introduce these shares to trading in the NewConnect Alternative Trading System
The Management Board of CI GAMES S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on June 9th, 2020, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the subsidiary publishing company United Label S.A. made the decision to issue up to 350,000 shares of series B and commencement of the process of applying for admittance of shares of United Label S.A. to trading in the alternative trading system maintained by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., that is, on the NewConnect Market. United Label S.A. intends to have its debut in the NewConnect system within the next several months. Issue of the shares will take place through the CrowConnect.pl platform. The funds obtained in this manner will be appropriated to further development of United Label S.A. through extension of its games portfolio.
