“Conclusion of the agreement for the development and production of the game, Lords of the Fallen 2.”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby informs that on June 1, 2018, at 08:00 p.m., an agreement was signed between the Company and Defiant Studios LLC based in New York (“Defiant”), under which Defiant will develop, based on its own creative vision, a video role-playing game (RPG) version for XboxOne, Playstation4 and PC, which will be the next game in the series “Lords of the Fallen.”
Defiant is a well-known developer of video games.
The provisions of the aforementioned agreement do not differ from those commonly applied to those kinds of agreements.
Legal basis: Article 17(1) in conjunction with Article 7(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse (MAR).
