Subject: Nomination of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), informs that today, i.e. 6 February 2025, it received from Mr. Marek Tymiński, a shareholder of the Company, an application by Mr. Nicholas Beliaeff for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for February 17, 2025 and agenda providing for the adoption of resolution on the election of Member of the Supervisory Board. The application was accompanied by the candidate’s BIO and a statement, which the Company submits as an attachment to this report in order to enable other shareholders of the Company to familiarize themselves with them before the EGM.
Legal basis: § 19 section 1 item 2) Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
