Subject: Estimated total production costs for Lords of the Fallen
The Management Board of CI Games SE based in Warsaw (“Company”), after reviewing the estimated financial data for the period until December 31, 2023, estimates that the total production costs (excluding engine license fees) of the Lords of the Fallen game will amount to approximately PLN 178 million, marketing costs – PLN 81.5 million, and production costs on physical media – PLN 21.5 million.
The information was considered confidential due to its importance for the Company, in particular its potential impact on the Company’s financial situation.
