Subject: Appointment of the Management Board of CI Games SE for a New Term of Office
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) hereby announces that on 26 October 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a
resolution appointing Mr Marek Lech Tymiński to the Management Board of the Company for a new three-year term of office and entrusting him with the position of President of the Management
Board.

The Company further announces that the President of the Management Board does not conduct any business activity competitive with that of the Company, is not a partner in any competing civil
law partnership or partnership, nor a member of the governing body of any competing company, except for serving as President of the Management Board of the Company’s subsidiary, United
Label S.A. He is not a member of the governing body of any other competing legal entity and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court
Register Act.
