Subject: Notification on transaction from a person closely related to a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company – Art. 19(1) of MAR
The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs about receiving on July 26, 2023 a notification prepared pursuant to Art. 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, addressed to the Company by Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS as a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Mr. Florian Schuhbauer, Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The content of the said notification is attached to this current report.
