Subject: Registration of an amendment to the Statute of CI Games SE
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs
that today, i.e. 13 August 2026 it received information about the registration on 12 August 2026 by the
District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court
an amendment to the Company’s Statute adopted pursuant to resolution No. 18/2/2026 of the Annual
General Meeting dated 29 June 2026 regarding the amendment of the content of § 9 section 1 of the
Company’s Statute (“Resolution”).
Pursuant to the Resolution, § 9 section 1 of the Company’s Statute was amended and given the
following wording:

The Company announced the adoption of the Resolution in current report No. 27/2026.
The consolidated text of the Company’s Statute, reflecting the amendment to the Statute based on the
Resolution registered by the registry court, will be adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board.
