Subject: Update on the Development Schedule of Lords of the Fallen II
The Management Board of Cl Games SE based in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the planned release window for Lords of the Fallen II (“LOTF II”) is now targeted for the first quarter of
2027.
As development progresses, the Company has identified meaningful opportunities to further refine and strengthen the overall experience. These enhancements will benefit from additional
integration, iteration, and polishing time, enabling the team to deliver the highest possible quality of LOTF II at launch.
The updated release window is also expected to strategically position the LOTF II outside a particularly competitive holiday period.
The Company will keep the market informed of any material developments concerning the project in accordance with applicable regulations.
