Subject: Resignation of members of the Management Board of CI Games SE
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) hereby announces that today, Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza and Mr. Cameron Sanders
submitted their resignations from their positions as Members of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of May 29, 2026. Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza and Mr. Cameron
Sanders were appointed to the Management Board of the Company in connection with the process of increasing the Company’s share capital. Following the completion of this process,
they submitted their resignations from serving as members of the Management Board. At the same time, they will continue their work for the Company and will remain responsible for
managing their respective departments.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 pkt 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6th June 2025 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions
for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent.
