The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) with reference to current report no. 3/2025 of January 22, 2025, informs about the decision to
change the date of publication by the Company of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2024 to April 24, 2025.
The remaining information indicated in current report no. 3/2025 remains unchanged.
Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent
information required by the law of a non-member state.
