The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 4 November 2026 the Company received a notification from the President of the
Management Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation, regarding the establishment of a registered pledge by Mr. Marek Tyminski on 6.500.000 shares of the Company held by him.
The content of the aforementioned notification is attached to this current report.
