Subject: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of CI Games SE convened for 29 June 2026
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 29 June 2026
(the “AGM”), the shareholders holding over 5% of the votes were:
1. Marek Tymiński, who held 56,102,130 votes from 56,102,130 shares at the AGM. This represented 53.44% of the votes at the AGM and 25.64% of the total votes in the Company;
2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS, with its registered office in Luxembourg, held 36,618,931 votes at this AGM on 36,618,931 shares. This represented 34.89 % of the votes at this
AGM and 16.73% of the total votes in the Company;
3. Mirosław Czarnik, directly and indirectly through its subsidiary ABM Fundacja Rodzinna, held 10,940,244 votes at this AGM on 10,940,244 shares. This represented 10.42% of the votes at this
AGM and 4.99% of the total votes in the Company.
