Subject: Appointment of new members of the Management Board of CI Games SE
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby informs that on March 2, 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions appointing Mr. Cameron Sanders and Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza to the Management Board of the Company, effective as of March 3, 2026, for the current joint term of office, entrusting them with the functions of Members of the Management Board.
Attached to this current report, the Company provides information regarding the appointed Members of the Management Board, including their education, qualifications, previously held positions, and a description of their professional careers.
According to the statements submitted by the appointed Members of the Management Board they do not conduct any activity competitive to the Company, they do not participate in a competing company as partners in a civil law partnership or partnership, nor as members of a governing body of a competing company or any other competing legal entity, they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
