Subject: Appointment of a new members of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby informs that on 13 February 2026 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr Michał Józef Kwiatkowski and Mr Dariusz Kulgawczuk to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the current joint term of office of the Supervisory Board, entrusting them with the functions of Members of the Supervisory Board.
Attached to this current report, the Company provides information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, including their education, qualifications, previously held positions and a description of their professional experience.
Mr Michał Józef Kwiatkowski and Mr Dariusz Kulgawczuk do not conduct any activities competitive to the Company, nor do they participate in any entity competitive to the Company. Furthermore, they are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Detailed legal basis: § 5.6 and § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 5 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
