Subject: Correction of the current report on the sales results of Sniper Ghost Warrior and Lords of the Fallen series
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) would like to publish a correction of current report no. 1/2021 dated January 11, 2021 on sales results of the Sniper Ghost Warrior series and Lords of the Fallen game. The report mistakenly states that sales of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 game have exceeded three million copies, instead of two million.
The complete correct text of the report being corrected is as follows:
“The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) announces publicly sales results of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts (“SGWC”) game, whose global release took place on November 22nd, 2019 in PC, PlayStation4 and Xbox One versions.
Sales of SGWC in January 2021 exceeded 1 million copies. In turn, as of the date of this current report, sales of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 have exceeded two million copies. The entire Sniper Ghost Warrior series combined has sold in excess of 11 million copies.
The Management Board would also like to inform that as of the date of this current report, sales of the first part of Lords of the Fallen exceeded three million copies. An internal team at the Company Hexeworks is currently working on the second part of that game, whose release is planned for 2022.
The above situation was recognized as confidential due to its significance for the Company’s financial situation.
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
At the same time Company’s Management Board would like to note that following the report which is being corrected, on January 11, 2021 the media has published statements made by Company’s President of the Management Board containing correct information about the sales number of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.
