Transaction of Company shares effected by the President of the Management Board of City Interactive S.A. The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby informs that today the Company was notified by Mr Marek Tymiński, the President of the Management Board of City Interactive S.A., that on 6 September 2010 he donated 10,000 (say: ten thousand) Company shares to a closely related person.
Mr Marek Tymiński presently holds 7,231,481 shares, which constitutes 57.17% of the total number of shares and entitles to 57.17% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
