Transactions of shares effected by Management Board members The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that on 30 July 2010 it received a notification from the CEO of City Interactive, Mr Marek Tymiński, the Issuer’s main shareholder, that on 30 July 2010 he effected transactions involving the Issuer’s shares. Mr Marek Tymiński bought 2.777 company shares.
